Air Cleaner Rain Cover for BPS carb kits

• Helps keep moisture from entering the carb
• Pleated to draw air
• Reduces sun damage to the pre-filters
• Brushed stainless finish
• Snaps on to the air cleaner.
• Should be left on for year protection.

We still recommend the engine be covered when in long term storage.

Iron Mountain™ Heads

• Available for after market use.
• They may be ordered with our without roller rockers.
• They are decked using our recipe for best performance while using pump gas.
• The ports are maximized for flow. We enlarge and match them to our stainless muffler headers and shape them for the intake manifold.
• We increase the seat on the valves for maximum compression retention and good heat transfer from valve to head. We use interlock valve seats with a swirled polish finish ground and sunk, competition style.

We do not remove the valve guide post in the port which can lead to early valve failure. (we ran the heads with and without the in port guide and the difference was negligible, so we opted for longer head and valve life.)

And, we added a valve spring spacer to allow high rev operation.

Roller Rockers and Push Rod Kit

• Stock rockers are a 1.33:1 ratio. These rockers are 1.5:1 which increase the fuel air mixture inflow and the volume of exhaust out of the cylinders. Basically – the engine breathes better.
• Made from seasoned 7075 billet aluminum.
• Aircraft grade aluminum and our new robust design ensures long life and no lifter flex when we induce added valve spring loads with the high rev spacer.
• Our exclusive roller bearing style rollers free up additional horsepower and reduce the side load on the valve stem for reduced wear and longer valve guide life. This also improves valve timing through the RPM range. This ensures that our valves seat better over a longer period.
• These rockers can be used to replace stock rockers or can be used on our performance cam shafts.
• We do not machine down the perches and eliminate the bosses that center the rockers. Meaning our roller bearing rocker system is well thought out for engine longevity. Our rockers are custom built, not modified from other applications to work on these engines. Our rockers are better aligned and our rockers don’t add additional side load to the valves, matter of fact, we reduce side load. Also, our rockers are designed to use stock valve covers. This took additional work, but well worth our time and design cost.

Push Rod Set

• Our heavy duty push rods are matched to our cam lifters and roller rocker sets to ensure a positive lift and full rocker adjustment.
• Made from seasoned 7075 billet aluminum with hardened tips.
• Available for small and large block Vanguard engines.

Camshaft

• A BPS manufactured performance high lift cam that customers have been waiting for.
• Why we are superior: Our exclusive cam shafts are custom built from factory blank stock, allowing us to build custom perfect lobs that add maximum performance and long cam life. Building the cam from raw stock takes more time and adds cost, but the end result is a high tolerance perfectly aligned cam that lasts.
• What we don’t do is build up our cam lobes by adding welded material to the cam face which creates a handful of issues including metallurgy changes, welding slag which affects balance, welded hard spots that cause shorter lifter life; and the welding process causes heat warping which leads to early cam bearing failure.
• Includes cam, lifters, roller rockers, gaskets and push rods. Individual parts can be purchased.

High RPM Piston Rods

• Piston rods are made from seasoned billet aluminum.
• Matched to fit your crank – no machine work required on crank.
• Come in sets of two and includes custom end-bolts.
• Instructions and torque specs provided.
• Must be used with our custom pistons.

Piston Set

• Custom shaved piston works with our piston rods.
• Comes complete with rings and wrist pin.
• Instruction provided.

Rev Limiter

• Performance motors without governors need high speed rev limiters to protect the engine from over-reving.
• 5100 RPM for HD 5000, 6000 and 7000 engines
• 4600 RPM for HD 4000 with valve spring spacers
• 4300 RPM for HD 4000 single Carb stock engines

K&N Filters

• Fit all our twin carb kits.
• Increased air flow, easy to clean, lasts for years.
